Returns from Germany without a label

A buyer in Germany wants to send something back? Book a collection in a few clicks and a DHL courier picks the parcel up from their door. The return goes to the Gepard warehouse and links itself to the original order.

  • Collection on the next working day or on a day you choose
  • Your buyer doesn't print anything
  • Status and DHL tracking number right in GepFlow

How does it work?

You request it, GepFlow books the collection with DHL and the courier comes to your buyer. No phone calls, no hunting for forms.

  1. Select the order

One order or several at once. The buyer's details are already in the order, so there's nothing to retype.

  2. Book the collection

Pick the next working day or any other day that suits your buyer. GepFlow books the collection with DHL for you.

  3. DHL picks up the parcel

Straight from the buyer's address, with no label to print. All your buyer has to do is pack the item.

  4. The return arrives at the Gepard warehouse

The parcel travels to Görlitz and is automatically matched to your order as a return.

Return from Germany in three steps: select the order, book the collection, the DHL courier picks up the parcel without a label

The courier collects the parcel at the buyer's door

Your buyer simply hands over the packed return on the doorstep. No trip to the post office, no searching for a drop-off point, nothing to print.

A buyer in Germany standing at the door of his half-timbered house hands a packed return box to a courier in a yellow and red uniform
Doorstep collection, no label

A label is optional

Your buyer doesn't need a printer. Packing the item is all it takes.

The courier brings the label

For a doorstep collection, the DHL courier should bring the label along and stick it on the parcel.

DHL courier

At a DHL point, a QR code is enough

If your buyer would rather drop the parcel off at a Packstation or a DHL branch, they just show the QR code. The label is printed there.

Prefer a paper label anyway? You can print one, but you don't have to.

Didn't find your answer? Write to us at oms@gepflow.com.

Who pays for the return?

You do, as the seller. The collection is charged according to your GepFlow price list, and your buyer pays the courier nothing.

Does the buyer have to print anything?

No. The DHL courier should bring the label along. If your buyer prefers to drop the parcel off at a DHL point, a QR code is all they need.

Which countries can I book returns from?

Germany for now. The parcel goes to the Gepard warehouse in Görlitz.

How long does it take?

The courier collects the parcel on the next working day or on the day you choose when booking. From there it travels the regular DHL route to the warehouse.

Can I book several returns at once?

Yes. In the order list, select several orders from Germany and click Zwrot z DE (Return from Germany).

Where can I see the tracking number?

In the return request and in your shipment list. It appears once the return has the status Booked with DHL.
