How does the packing assistant help in your warehouse?
Two stages, one module. An order goes to picking or straight to packing: manually from the order list or automatically with an automation rule.
Picking from the shelves
- Guides you step by step from shelf to shelf, showing the location and how many items to take.
- Checks every scan of the EAN or SKU. The wrong product never makes it into the basket.
- Three ways to pick: a single order, a basket, or a wave of many orders at once.
- Report missing items right away from the scanner, and the order waits for a decision instead of leaving incomplete.
Packing at the station
- Scan to pack: the order opens when you scan a product, a basket or a label.
- Every item checked before the parcel is closed. An incomplete order can't be closed.
- Box by box: with several parcels, the system keeps track of what goes into which box and asks you to scan every label.
- The label prints by itself on the station's printer through the GepPrinter app.

How much does the packing assistant cost?
Nothing on top of your GepFlow plan. The module is switched on in every account, and you only pay for orders according to the price list. On the Start plan, a smaller number of orders each month is free.
What hardware do I need?
An Android phone with a camera or a terminal with a barcode scanner (for example Zebra) is enough. At the packing station: a computer with a barcode reader and a label printer handled by the GepPrinter app.
Do I need racks and locations?
Not right away. Goods received into the warehouse land in the default receiving location, and you can already pick and pack from there. Add shelves whenever you're ready.
Does it work with orders from all my channels?
Yes. The packing assistant works with every order in GepFlow, whichever channel it comes from: marketplaces, your online shop or orders added manually.
Can I outsource packing?
Yes. You can hand the same orders over to Gepard Fulfillment and see your own warehouse and fulfillment in a single panel.
