GepFlow connects to BaseLinker (Base.com) and Apilo, so orders start arriving in the panel as soon as you connect, and from Base.com you can also bring over your products with photos, descriptions and parameters.

Do you charge a commission on sales?
No. You pay only for the number of orders according to the price list: on the Start plan a smaller number of orders per month is free, and above that you pay a small fee for each order. For very large order volumes, we'll prepare an individual quote.
Do I have to switch off BaseLinker or Apilo straight away?
No. Once connected, GepFlow imports orders from them, so both systems can run side by side. You move your channels over to GepFlow once you've checked that everything works.
What happens to my marketplace listings?
Your listings stay in your marketplace accounts unchanged. GepFlow connects to the marketplaces directly and links listings to products to keep stock levels and order fulfilment under control.
Will you move my product photos and descriptions?
Yes, from Base.com: photos, descriptions and parameters go into the product records in GepFlow. We copy the photos to our servers, so they no longer depend on your old system.
How much does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is included. You pay the same as for the service itself, which means for orders.
Does GepFlow issue invoices?
Yes. Invoices are created from orders automatically, in your buyer's language and with the right VAT rates, and you can send them to your buyers and to the marketplaces.
