Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. You start on the free Start plan (up to 100 orders per month), with no credit card and no fixed-term contract. From the 101st order in a month you pay €0.14 net per order (Business plan), and above 10,000 orders we’ll prepare a custom quote.
How do I switch from BaseLinker?+
We import your orders and product content, and connect your channels together with you.
Can I buy the products separately?+
Yes. GepCart, Viadomo, parcel shipping and fulfillment work on their own or as a bundle.
Where is my data?+
In the European Union: GepFlow data is stored in Google Cloud in the European region (Belgium and the Netherlands), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Does GepFlow support KSeF?+
Yes, invoices go to KSeF (Poland’s national e-invoicing system) straight from the panel.
